Whenever the aircraft lands, Aventura prepares the aircraft for the turnaround so that it is ready to fly out at any time. Such aircraft ground handling services include aircraft washing, nitrogen and water and lavatory toilet services.

Flight Operations may also require other related arrangements and services such as ATC, landing/parking permits, over-flight permits, computerized flight plans, flight following service, diplomatic/special permits, customs clearing, air navigation, hotel arrangements, provision of fuel for aircraft, weather briefing, messages, notams, radio and telephone communications, and other services.

Services include but not limited to:

• Follow me service on arrival and departure
• Aircraft Marshalling and chocks
• VIP passenger transport between the aircraft and the terminal
• Aircrew transport between the aircraft and the terminal
• VIP passenger lounge and refreshments
• Aircrew lounge and refreshments
• Baggage handling (excluding equipment)
• General Declaration and Passenger Manifest Arrange for refuel, catering, maintenance, etc.
• Windshield cleaning (on request)
